Our small group training classes consist of 5 people or less who are trained under the guidance of a highly experienced group fitness trainer. Participants can choose to workout with their friends if they feel that helps with motivation or with complete strangers who have fitness goals similar to theirs.
Training out as a group allows you to partake in exercises as pairs, threes, etc. making it more enjoyable for those who enjoy some company when breaking a sweat.
